ABOUT ME

My name is Elliot Ruhland. Through my experience as an Associate and now Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have worked with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I have worked with teenagers in a residential facility as well as with children and families in the community.

 

I have also worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, attachment difficulties, and phase of life issues. I believe that every individual has the ability to improve their lives, but we sometimes need support in doing so. I hope to be able to empower the individuals I work with to find solutions that work for them.
